Chicago Tradition

I was reading a wall street journal from a few days ago and I saw something pretty cool. Chicago, one of my favorite cities, has a St. Patty’s Day tradition thats been going on for over 40 years. Every year the city dyes the Chicago river a vibrant irish green color in celebration. Something many cities have tried to copy but none have come close.
